Flower Arrangements that Catch your Attention
Ever walk into a lobby and see a really spectacular arrangement? Seen an ugly one? Oddly enough, some of the most beautiful floral arrangements that have ever been noticed have been at funerals, hospital rooms and small offices. A flower arrangement should have character, not just beauty. It is the combination of the flowers, greenery and “special effects” that make the arrangement unique.
Award winning florists will often times tell you that it is something that they just “threw together”. Thus, the creations are endless.
Flowers are an expression of how we feel about someone else. You have to be very careful when choosing a florist for the first time. Ask to look at their work and any pictures that they may have. You will want something that will catch their attention – but in a good way!

To me, flower arrangements are like cards. If it doesn’t ’say and convey’ my thoughts and feelings, its not something I will order and send to anyone for any reason. Each person I order flowers for is unique and the flowers I order for them have to reflect that.

I really enjoy shopping in a floral shop. The smell is out of this world and it seems that I can always find just the right arrangement for the person I have in mind. If I don’t see what I want I just let them know what the occasion is and they can usually come up with just what I had in mind.

Flowers, in particular flower arrangements, make a statement to all who see them. Weddings and funerals always seem to have the most beautiful plants and flowers. I was not blessed with a green thumb, so I have to rely on Brant Florist to do the work for me. They have yet to let me down no matter how small or large the arragement might be.

It was because of a friend of mine that I started using Brant Florist. When I visited her home I was always impressed with the plants and flower arrangements she had sitting around. When she told me where she went, I became a customer also. I know I can count on them when I need floral arrangements for any occasion.

I went into the lobby of my bank today and saw a beautiful Christmas arrangement. I commented to the teller who said that Brant Florist did the arrangement and she had set up the Christmas scenes around it. A winning combined effort.

There are really nice flowers at funerals homes. It always makes me wonder if that person ever recieved flowers while they were alive to see and enjoy them. Don’t wait until someone dies to send them flowers. By then, it’s too late.

I bought my wife a beautiful floral arrangement for our anniversary. I know how much she loves flowers but I never remember to send them. This year, I made sure I remembered and she was truly touched. That bodes well for me.

Whenever I order flowers I like to watch them put the arrangement together if I can. It makes it more personal if I watch. I’m always amazed at what a difference a few well placed pieces of green can make. I think it takes a special person to see what possibilities exist when arranging flowers. Brant Florist is always very patient with me.
